"droptear modelmaker" are alex barron, rob flynn and matt sparkes. they play an eclectic mix of jazz-jungle and drum n bass with a good measure of chill-out thrown in. they are based around brighton and the south of england, and have played several intimate gigs to some very intimate people. the technology behind the band consists of a laptop, keyboards, MIDI controller, percussion, guitar, bass, trumpet, vocals, looping stations, and various effects.

so far they have one album "mannequin" available on the Distilled Music label (see top friends), and are currently starting work on their second release.
